Risk and Compliance

The Risk and Compliance division is responsible for ensuring PCET provider compliance with the TNQAB Act, policies and regulation. It works closely with the individuals in the Quality Assurance division who evaluate applications for registration and accreditation and who conduct quality audit visits, in order to identify risks. When a risk or risks are identified, the risk division conducts an investigation to determine the severity of the risk and to devise a plan to mitigate and rectify the risk.

The Risk and Compliance division is also responsible for investigating complaints concerning PCET providers and TNQAB.

In addition to external risks (caused from outside of the organization), the Risk division also handles internal risk, caused from within the organization.
